How to make the Sloe Gin Spritz, a balance of sweet and tart flavours in a refreshing summer drink.
Sloe gin tends to be associated with winter drinks and Christmas-themed cocktails but it is equally a favourite in warmer weather. Used in a spritzer style of drink, the Sloe Gin Spritz is a refreshing low ABV option that calls for very few ingredients.
It can’t get simpler than mixing sloe gin with a dry sparkling wine or Prosecco and topping it with soda water. The sparkling balance of sweet and tart notes makes for relaxed holiday drinking on hot summer afternoon and a delicious way to spruce up a spritz.
