Maple Whiskey Sour

With autumn well and truly settled in, it’s time to try a different take on popular classic whiskey cocktail.

Maple Whiskey Sour

A riff on the classic whiskey sour, the Maple Whiskey Sour swaps the simple syrup for maple syrup while the rosemary adds pine-like aromas and a woody earthiness to the drink.

Maple Whiskey Sour Recipe

  • 15 ml maple syrup
  • 2 rosemary sprigs (1 for garnish)
