The Mamie Taylor Cocktail
Essentially a highball or a variation on a mule, The Mamie Taylor Cocktail features in Henry Craddock’s The Savoy Cocktail Book and is named after a famous opera singer around the turn of the 20th century. To make the drink, build it in a tall glass over ice by combining 50 ml whisky, 15 ml lime juice and top with ginger ale. For a variation on the classic, use a spicy ginger ale.
