Limoncello Cocktail Recipes

Limoncello Mojito Recipe


  • 6 mint leaves
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bar spoon granulated white sugar
  • 60 ml Limoncello
  • soda water to top

Glass: short glass
Garnish: sprig of mint


In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint with the fresh lemon juice. Add sugar, Limoncello, ice and shake hard. Strain into a short glass over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Lemon Thyme Limoncello Cocktail


  • 45 ml gin
  • 15 ml Limoncello
  • 7 ml fresh lime juice
  • lemon thyme sprigs

Glass: short glass
Garnish: lemon thyme sprigs


In a cocktail shaker, muddle 2 sprigs of lemon thyme with lime juice. Add gin, Limoncello and shake with ice until cold. Double strain into a short glass and garnish with lemon thyme sprigs.

Limoncello Collins Recipe


  • 30 ml gin
  • 20 ml Limoncello
  • 7 ml fresh lemon juice
  • soda water

Glass: Collins glass
Garnish: 4 half lemon wheels


In a cocktail shaker add gin, Limoncello and lemon juice and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with soda water. Garnish with half lemon wheels.
