Frozen Mango Daiquiri with Dark Rum

Next in our frozen cocktail recipes series, we take a look at how to make Frozen Mango Daiquiri with Dark Rum.

Frozen Mango Daiquiri

Rum and mango make an ideal pairing and for this recipe, we used dark rum. The sweetness of the fruit combined with that of the dark rum adds more depth to the drink and highlights the spirit’s caramel and toffee notes. The Frozen Mango Daiquiri can be served in the afternoon on a hot day or as an after dinner frozen cocktail.

For best results, freeze the mango pieces before using them. For more tips on frozen drinks, refer to 10 Tips for Making Frozen Cocktails with a Blender.
