Hide Nor Hare is an idiom meaning no sign of someone or something. You could say it applies to some vodkas with a reputation as being an odourless and flavourless spirit.
The Hide Nor Hare cocktail is an Easter cocktail that combines vodka with fresh carrot juice, citrus and a sweetener topped with a splash of soda water to spritz it up. It’s easy drinking and can double up as a brunch cocktail or as a pick me up.
