When it comes to home entertaining on New Year’s Eve, keeping it simple is what it’s all about. No need to shake, stir or muddle cocktail ingredients when you’d rather be spending time with guests.

The Champagne Elderflower Cocktail is made with three ingredients: vodka, elderflower liqueur and dry champagne or sparkling white wine. Simply build in a champagne flute and garnish with fresh raspberries. It’s an easy solution to the dilemma of what to serve on New Year’s Eve.

Champagne Elderflower Cocktail for NYE

Ingredients

  • 30 ml vodka
  • 15 ml elderflower liqueur
  • dry champagne to top (or dry sparkling wine)

Glass: Champagne flute
Garnish: fresh raspberries

Method

Build all ingredients in a champagne flute and garnish with fresh raspberries.
