Bottlegreen Cocktails: When it comes to mixers and tonics, the home bartender can be spoilt for choice. Bottlegreen tonics and fruit pressé are low in sugar and don’t have artificial sweeteners or artificial flavours.
When it comes to Bottlegreen cocktails, Bottlegreen Elderflower cordial can be used to brighten up a Gin and Tonic. Just add 5 ml to your regular gin and tonic recipe or try it in the Green Gimlet recipe below.

Ingredients
- 60ml gin
- 10ml Bottlegreen Sparkling Elderflower Pressé
- Bottlegreen Elderflower Tonic Water
- 1 dash of Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
Glassware: coupe
Garnish: Black Lava Salt
Method
Wet the rim of a coupe glass, half rim with black lava salt and chill in the freezer. In a mixing glass, add gin, and Bottlegreen Sparkling Elderflower and stir over ice. Strain into the chilled cocktail glass and add a splash of Bottlegreen Elderflower Tonic Water and a dash of Hopped Grapefruit bitters.
